There are some people out there that are making money online that aren’t exactly spring chickens.
If you have the idea that this game is only for the youth, it isn’t. The same rules apply to everyone. Work (smart and hard) will do the trick no matter what age a person is.
There are cases where I am unable to determine a person’s age. I apologize right now if I put you on the over the hill gang and you’re only 27. Can we still be friends?
Several of the people I list aren’t making millions or even thousands a month. I list them because it is still encouraging to see how others are doing what they are doing. You may not want to be the #1 Amazon Affiliate. You may only want to make 300-400 dollars online every month. Either way, we can follow the footsteps of those before us. One thing I can guarantee is that none of them started a blog and woke up the next day with a loaded bank account. Sweat equity is alive and well even in this economy.
Here is a small list to get you started:

Ecommerceboss.com outlines earnings made through running an ecommerce business. Shawn shares the knowledge as he learns, but also shares what he knows already (which is a lot). Make sure you scroll down to the bottom of his site to see other categories. Good reading! By the way, Shawn has assured me that his ‘About’ page is current. He is only 39 (not 40)!

Not online money, just pure inspiration:
Oscar Swahn, a Swedish shooter, had his good aim on medals and earned (nobody wins a gold medal, right?) two golds during the 1908 Olympics. He was 60 at the time. In 1912, he was at it again competing on his home turf in Stockholm. Once again he took gold, but this time at the age of 64. His record of being the oldest to earn a gold medal still stands today.
Ever seen a photo of Zelda the supermodel English Bulldog? After a divorce at 52, Carol Gardner was advised to see a psychiatrist or get a dog. After entering a photo contest at a local pet store, and winning, Carol ran with the idea. She has made millions. Perhaps you have bought a product with the likeness of Zelda on it.
Anna Mary Robertson Moses created more than 1,000 paintings during her lifetime. Her ‘painting lifetime’ began at the young age of 76. Grandma Moses continued to paint until her death in 1961. She was 101.
Ever hear of a woman by the name of Susan Boyle?
A man is not old until regrets take the place of dreams. – John Barrymore

Shame on me if you aren’t on the list. Let me know if you belong on it (or if you know someone that does). Or, if you plan on joining it.
